About our school

We are a large infant school with room to accommodate 270 children. We have been at the heart of the Ise Lodge community for 50 years and hope to be here for many years to come. During that time, the school has experienced lots of changes and notable successes not least of which, is 3 back to back outstanding Ofsted judgements.

The staff and governors are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of social, academic and moral education for all our pupils. If you would like to find out more about the Governing Body and the work they do, please visit the Governors' page.

Millbrook Infant School wants every child to enjoy their time at school and do their best. These are the aims we share with our children:-

  • We will achieve a happy, safe environment where all feel valued.
  • We will make teaching and learning fun and exciting for all.
  • We will always try to do our best.
  • We will develop strong partnerships with parents, carers and the community.
  • We will encourage independence so that we all contribute to the world we live in.
  • We will ensure all have a voice that is heard.
